By becoming a member of the Scuter community, users will be able to use any Scuter in any city where Scuter is available. Our entire fleet will be at their disposal. Scuters can be used for driving within the city boundaries, and our users will be able to pick up and drop the vehicle wherever they please. A dynamic pay per minute fee will be charged during the travel. This means that when members pick up the Scuter at a remote location, or swap the battery when needed, they will get a discount or even free rides.

Scuter will provide the App, software platform, Scuters, charging docks and advisory, that allows third parties, including private operators and Public administrations, to deploy the Scuter Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) solution in any city around the world.
